Garvita OdiaBhubaneswar,29/08: Today i.e. on 29.08.2025, Sri Kushal Chandra Chatterjee, Former Junior Town Planner, office of BDA, Bhubaneswar ( outsourced employee), who was charge sheeted by Odisha Vigilance U/s 13(2) r/w 13(1)(d)/7 PC Act, 1988 for demanding and taking bribe from a complainant for plan approval for the construction of his residential building over his plot, was convicted by Hon’ble Special Judge, Vigilance, Bhubaneswar and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of 3 years and to pay fine.
