Residential Skill Development Training for Vocational Higher Secondary Students Concluded

Bhubaneswar, 03/11,2025: A five-day residential Hands-on Skill Development Training Programme for students of Government Vocational Higher Secondary Schools concluded today at the World Skill Centre and the Central Tool Room and Training Centre (CTTC) in Bhubaneswar. At the valedictory ceremony held at the World Skill Centre, Smt. Niyati Patnaik, Director, DHSE attended as the Chief Guest. She encouraged the students and highlighted the importance of vocational education in the present context. She also urged them to become skilled and competent in the field of information and technology.
Among others, Shri Jitendra Nayak Deputy Director, DHSE, Shri Pinaki Pattnaik, COO, World Skill Centre, Shri T. Thambyrajah, Chairman, CTTC, and Sasmita Sahu, Deputy Director were present on the occasion. They motivated the students to build successful futures in vocational fields. Students shared their training experiences, and certificates were distributed to them at the end of the ceremony.
Similarly, at the Central Tool Room and Training Centre (CTTC), the valedictory function was graced by Shri Madhusudan Mallik, Deputy Director who distributed certificates to the participating students. On October 31, 2025, the five-day training programme on SPEFL Trade concluded at Centurion University. The valedictory event was attended by Prof. (Dr.) Supriya Pattnaik , Vice-Chancellor, CUTM, Shri Ajay Nayak, Pro-Vice Chancellor, Smt. Sasmita Mali, Joint Director, DHSE, and Shri Jitendra Nayak, Deputy Director among others.
